Money Manager, Investment Portfolio Strategist

Mr. Dunlevy has 40-Years of investment experience as a Money Manager and Investment Portfolio Strategist. This includes more than 13 years as the Investment Strategist for institutional investors at firms including Fifth Third Securities and Nomura Securities. In these roles he was primarily responsible interacting with clients, producing market commentary, trade ideas and opining on sector relative value. This focus often included creating custom and tax-efficient portfolios.

Since leaving the institutional investment field in 2022, Mr. Dunlevy now uses his investmentindustry experience to help individual investors achieve their investment goals. In this capacity,he designs tax-efficient retirement plans which help senior citizens enjoy retirement byminimizing their fear of running out of money. John also has decades of experience makinggroup/seminar presentations and is skilled at making complex investment conceptsunderstandable. Prior to his tenure as Portfolio Strategist, Mr. Dunlevy had increasing levels ofresponsibility within the Money Management sector. This included 6-Years as the award-winningLead Portfolio Manager of two publicly- traded Mutual Funds. In addition, Mr. Dunlevy managedmulti-billion-dollar portfolios at firms such as Hyperion Capital, TIAA-CREF, and PineBridgeInvestments (the money manager spun off from AIG Investments).

Throughout his career, Mr. Dunlevy was also actively involved in money-raising sales functionsincluding authoring client presentations and fund pitchbooks which required preparingunderstandable marketing and investment materials. His publishing also includes co-authoring abook with Frank Fabozzi and contributing chapters to ten other Fabozzi-authored investmenteducational books including The Handbook of Fixed Income. John Dunlevy has a BS degree inAccounting from Boston College and an MBA in Finance from Columbia University. As a CFAsince 1989, Dunlevy has acted in an investment fiduciary role when dealing with clientinvestments, and as a non-practicing CPA since 1983. Mr. Dunlevy also holds FINRA licensesincluding Series 3, 7, 16, 24, 63 and 65. Further, John has a 2-15 license as a Life, Health, andAnnuity Agent. Finally, John has served on various volunteer boards, mostly related to animalrights.
